holidays will

Sorry, we don't organise weddings on a Sunday
Terms and Conditions
You will need a copy of your birth certificate and passport
If you have been married before you will need your divorce papers and
or death certificate
The documents must be in English or translated
in English
Marriages in the Cook Islands are legally binding
worldwide
The Marriage Registrar has a minimum of 3 days to process the marriage
licence before the wedding day. If you are getting married within the
3 minimum days an extra cost of $75 will incur
Prices for our packages is over the 3 minimum days
Making a booking
Cancellation
If a booking is cancelled -:
- More than 30 days prior to Wedding date - no cancellation fee
- Between 30 -15 days prior to Wedding date - 25% of total amount
will be charged
- Between 15 - 7 days prior to Wedding date - 50% of total amount
will be charged
- Between 7 - 0 days prior to Wedding date - 100% of total amount
will be charged
Cook Islands Weddings ensure that we only book, in it's opinion the top service providers on the island for your wedding arrangements. However, their performance is beyond our control and therefore we assume no responsibility for the service they provide
